July 31 A 5.8 magnitude earthquake struck Iran's southern province of Kerman on Saturday, disrupting communications but with no immediate reports of casualties, state media said.
It comes a day after a similar quake shook Iran's northeastern province of Khorasan Razavi, injuring 170 people.
The earthquake struck Kerman at 11:22 am (0652 GMT) on Saturday, the website of state television reported, citing the geophysics department of Tehran university./-
